Louis Kolls was a key member of the Rock Island Independents playing several years.

1912 - Louis Kolls was an original member of the Independent when the re-formed in 1912.

1919 - Kolls played baseball with the Moline Three-Eye baseball team during the summer. (Daily Times 9-5-1919)
